The Indian State Trading Corp. issued counterbids in its urea tender Saturday, Oct. 31. East Coast prices are $262.75-$264.75/mt CFR. West Coast prices are $262.74-$264.74/mt CFR. Prices depend on the port of discharge. Just under 1.5 million mt fit into those price ranges before traders make any major adjustments to their offers.
