NuStar Energy LP, San Antonio, confirmed today that the west leg of its ammonia pipeline system in Nebraska has been offline since March 14 due to the flooding of the rivers in the area. The company told Green Markets it is still trying to determine when the section will come back online but it will depend on how fast the water recedes. NuStar said there has been no impact to shipments or to producers injecting ammonia downstream.
