Potash junior Emmerson plc, Isle of Man, on April 27 announced the appointment of James Kelly, a Non-Executive Director of the board, as its new Non-Executive Chairman, effective April 27. The appointment follows the retirement of Non-Executive Chairman Mark Connelly, also effective April 27.
