The Board of PJSC PhosAgro, Moscow, elected Independent Director Viktor Cherepov as its new Chairman at an Oct. 3 meeting, the fertilizer group announced on Oct. 4. The previous Chairman, Independent Director Andrey Sharonov, who had held the post in “an acting” capacity, earlier notified the group that he wasstepping down from the position.
