Polish fertilizer and chemicals group Grupa Azoty SA reported that its Supervisory Board on Jan. 16 passed a resolution to remove Tomasz Hryniewicz from his position as Deputy CEO with immediate effect.
At the same time, Azoty subsidiary Azoty Puławy SA accepted Hryniewicz’s resignation as its CEO and from its Management Board, also effective Jan. 16. Azoty did not disclose the reasons for the executive’s dismissal/step-down.
