CAN-17 pricing in California was quoted at $450/st FOB Helm and $450-$460/st FOB Stockton, but sources said spot pricing at Stockton was being offered from some suppliers for as low as $440/st FOB in early March.
Pacific Northwest:
The CAN-17 market slipped to $400/st FOB Kennewick, down $25/st from last report.
