ITOCHU ENEX Co. Ltd., Tokyo, reports that a completion ceremony was held for its second AdBlue® manufacturing facility on Nov. 20. It is located in Western Japan in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. The company said product will begin shipping in December.
The company’s first plant was constructed in Saitama, Japan, in 2021.
