Acron Group, Moscow, will pay dividends on its outstanding shares at RUB720 per share as proposed by its Board, after securing shareholder approval by absentee vote at an EGM held Dec. 3 (GM Dec. 3, p. 26).
The total amount allocated for dividends is RUB26.465 billion (approximately $358 million at current exchange rates).
