CF Industries Holdings Inc. notified customers March 12 that it had resumed loading of UAN-32 and UAN-28 at its Woodward, Okla., facility, but supplies were still under allocation. The company on March 9 announced that it had suspended UAN shipments out of Woodward until further notice.
