Compass Minerals, Overland Park, Kan., named Douglas Kris as Senior Director of Investor Relations, effective Dec. 21, 2020. Compass said he brings more than 25 years of financial industry experience, most recently leading investor relations for Montage Resources. He spent the majority of his career specializing in natural resource sector investments. Other employers included KLR Group, Euro Pacific Capital and BMO Capital Markets.
Kris received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Saint Bonaventure University. He holds an Investor Relations Charter from the National Investor Relations Institute.
