Paul Brasher has succeeded John Watson as chairman of Incitec Pivot Ltd.’s board of directors. Watson had been board chairman for almost 15 years and retired June 30.
Brasher joined the IPL board in 2010 after five years as chairman of the global board of PWC, one of the world’s major accounting and professional services firm.
