Melbourne-based Incitec Pivot Ltd. (IPL) announced on Nov. 13 that Brian Kruger has stepped down as Chairman and as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, due to personal reasons. IPL’s Board has appointed current Non-Executive Director Greg Robinson to succeed Kruger, with the change taking effect on Nov. 11.
Kruger had been a director of the company since June 2017 and was appointed as Chairman of the Board in July 2019. Robinson joined the IPL Board in November 2019 and has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and member of the Nominations Committee.
