Citing rising ammonia prices, Interoceanic Corp. on Sept. 11 announced an immediate price increase for premium granular ammonium sulfate manufactured by Rentech Nitrogen. The new postings, which apply to both North America and Brazil, include $300/st FOB Midwest terminals, $310/st rail-DEL to Midwest destinations, and $260/mt CFR Brazil ports.
