Itafos, Toronto, reported on Nov. 21 that Brent de Jong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has stepped down and has left the Board. Current Board member Anthony Cina will act as Interim Chairman. Other Board members include David Delaney, Evgenij Iorich, Dr. Mhamed Ibnabdeljalil (interim CEO), and Ronald Wilkinson.
