Croatian fertilizer producer Petrokemija said on Dec. 3 it has temporarily shut down its urea and ammonia production plants due to a technical failure, according to SeeNews. All of the company’s plants came back up in early November after shutdowns caused by technical problems and a rise in natural gas prices.
