PhosAgro PJSC, Moscow, on March 15 announced that Irina Bokova is leaving the company’s Board of Directors.
Bokova joined PhosAgro’s Board in 2018 as an independent director. In May 2019, she was elected Chair of the Board’s Sustainable Development Committee.
