India Extends COVID-19 Lockdown

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced April 11 India’s lockdown due to COVID-19 will be extended. He did not say for how long. The initial lockdown was due to be lifted Tuesday, April 14. How the new orders will affect ports receiving imported goods such as fertilizer or the transport of those goods to local distributors still has to be worked out.
