RCF Calls Urea Tender

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers called the much-anticipated urea tender March 21. The tender will close March 30 with a shipping deadline of May 5. In the run-up to the call, industry sources said they expect the tender to bring in 1 million mt. Under Section 19 of the tender documents, RCF makes it clear that any costs related to a vessel quarantine will be the seller’s responsibility.
