EuroChem Group AG’s subsidiary EuroChem Trading USA completed the acquisition of Ben-Trei Fertilizer Co., a Tulsa-based fertilizer distributor on Oct. 22. EuroChem says the transaction will allow it to benefit from Ben-Trei’s established relationships with local customers as EuroChem seeks to increase its presence in the U.S. For more information, see today’s Green Markets.
