Andrey Guryev, CEO of PhosAgro and Head of the Russian Fertilizer Producers Association (RFPA), has been elected as Chairman of the Russia-Brazil Business Council. He replaces VEB.RF Deputy Chairman Sergey Vasiliev, who had headed up the Council since 2009.
