SQM, Santiago, reported on Dec. 5 that Mark Fracchia and Darryl Stann both resigned from the board of directors, effective immediately. Both of them initially joined the board in February (GM Feb. 23, p. 23). They are both executives with Nutrien Ltd., Saskatoon, which announced on Dec. 5 that it has concluded the sale of its interest in SQM.
