Brazil:
SSP-19 prices in Brazil were stable at $180-$205/mt CFR, with sources citing an inactive market. Prices firmed to $320-$335/mt FOB ex-warehouse at Rondonopolis, however, above the previous $320/mt FOB level. Offers for SSP-23 offers were indicated at $385/mt FOB ex-warehouse.
Cooperative purchasing initiatives for SSP and potash were reported in northern Mato Grosso state in anticipation of the 2024/25 soybean harvest. The negotiations for a combined 20,000 mt of product remained underway during the week.
