Ukraine’s Epicentr Agro, a unit of the Epicentr K group of companies, is currently constructing a plant in the Vinnytsia region to produce a urea-ammonia mixture and liquid complex fertilizers, according to Ukraine Business News. Completion is expected in time for the 2024 spring sowing season.
