United Services Association, Urbandale, Iowa, reported that Daniel Mudgett will be joining the company on Nov. 20 as director of operations in the Fertilizer Procurement Department. Mudgett will fill the position currently held by Ralph Owens, who is retiring at the end of December after 22 years with United Services.
