Sioux City-Terra Industries Inc. said July 26 that the United Kingdom Competition Commission has conditionally approved advancement of the planned combination of Terra and Kemira GrowHow’s UK fertilizer and associated process chemicals businesses. Terra hopes to consummate the deal in the third quarter.
