Berezniki, Russia-Uralkali on Sept. 24 announced its intention to list global depositary receipts (GDRs) representing its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange in connection with a global offering of existing ordinary shares and GDRs by Madura Holding Ltd., the majority shareholder of Uralkali.
