Plymouth, Minn.-The Mosaic Co. said last week that it is headed to court over its 1.3 million mt/y potash tolling agreement with PotashCorp. PotashCorp has been entitled to potash from the Esterhazy, Sask., mine under the agreement, which Mosaic says is supposed to end in August 2010. Mosaic is hopeful the matter can be resolved by then. PotashCorp confirmed that the matter was going to litigation.
