Washington, D.C.-A new Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans (SPCC) program is now available online. The program was developed by Regulatory Consultants Inc., which has more than 700 SPCC plans in use across the U.S. The online program is endorsed by the Agricultural Retailers Association, and is designed to help ag retailers and distributors comply with Clean Water regulations. “ARA is pleased to offer this service to both members and nonmembers to ensure compliance with SPCC regulations,” said Jack Eberspacher, ARA president and CEO. “User-friendly programs, such as this one provided by RCI, not only provide guidance in the implementation of facility SPCC plans, but saves retailers time and money in the process.” More information is available by contacting RCI at 515-275-3110, or ARA’s Jim Thrift at 202-457-0825.
