Aurora, N.C.-PCS Phosphates confirmed last week that Agri-Ethanol Products, Raleigh, has an option to purchase some 150 acres adjacent to the PCS Aurora facility to build a $200 million ethanol plant. However, to date, the ethanol plant is not a done deal, and PCS said that it would have no involvement in the project other than selling the land.
