Hong Kong—Sinofert Holdings Ltd. will acquire Xundian Lomon Phosphorus Chemical Co. from Tibet Longsheng Investment Management Co. and Sichuan Lomon Corp. for US$218 million. Xundian Lomon holds exploration licenses in southwestern Yunnan province and can produce 300,000 mt/y of feed-grade phosphate.
